Terms of Service - Anatrova

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anatrova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Anatrova is a platform that connects basketball trainers with parents seeking training services for their athletes. We provide scheduling, booking, and payment processing tools. Anatrova is a platform facilitator and is not a party to the agreements between trainers and parents.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Trainer Subscriptions

Trainers pay a subscription fee of $49 every 4 weeks to access the platform. This subscription:

Provides full access to scheduling, booking, and payment tools
Renews automatically every 4 weeks until cancelled
Can be cancelled at any time through your account settings
Does not include platform fees on booking payments

5. Payments and Fees

Booking payments are processed directly through the trainer's connected Stripe account. Trainers receive the full session amount minus standard Stripe processing fees. Anatrova does not take a percentage of booking payments.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Provide false or misleading information
Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

7. Trainer-Parent Relationship

Anatrova facilitates connections between trainers and parents but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of training services provided. Trainers are independent service providers, not employees or agents of Anatrova. Parents are responsible for ensuring training arrangements are appropriate for their athletes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Anatrova platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Anatrova and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anatrova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
