Refund Policy - Anatrova

Overview

This refund policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds on the Anatrova platform. All training session payments are non-refundable. This document covers session payment policies and trainer subscription refunds.

Training Session Payments

All training session payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and payment is processed. This applies to:

Single session bookings
Session pack purchases
Cancelled sessions (regardless of timing)
No-shows

Trainers may, at their sole discretion, offer session credits for future bookings in exceptional circumstances. This is not guaranteed and is entirely at the trainer's discretion.

Session Packs and Credits

For prepaid session packs:

All session pack purchases are non-refundable
Unused session credits do not expire but cannot be refunded
Session credits can only be used with the trainer they were purchased from

Trainer Subscription Refunds

For the $49 every 4 weeks trainer subscription:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, contact us within 7 days for a prorated refund consideration
