Hypnotic Skillz Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions are a starter template for this trainer business. The trainer should review and customize them before sharing this site. Training services Hypnotic Skillz provides basketball training services. Booking a session or purchasing a training option does not guarantee a specific athletic result, roster spot, scholarship, ranking, or performance outcome. Booking and payments Payment may be required before a booking is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe through Anatrova. Cancellation and refunds Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled only according to the trainer cancellation policy shown during booking. Parent or guardian responsibility If the athlete is a minor, the person booking confirms they are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian, or they have authority to book and make decisions for the athlete. Athlete behavior and safety Athletes are expected to follow trainer instructions, act respectfully, and use facilities and equipment safely. The trainer may end a session, cancel future sessions, or remove a client for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior. Injury and medical acknowledgment Basketball training involves physical activity and risk of injury. Parents and athletes are responsible for making sure the athlete is healthy enough to participate and for sharing relevant medical or safety information with the trainer before training. Photos and videos The trainer may ask for separate permission before using athlete photos or videos for coaching, feedback, or promotional purposes. Parents should not assume promotional use is required unless the trainer separately requests and receives permission. Communication The trainer may communicate with parents through Anatrova, email, phone, or other contact methods provided by the parent for scheduling, payments, training updates, and account support. Chargebacks and disputes Parents should contact the trainer first about billing questions, missed sessions, cancellation issues, or payment disputes. Filing a chargeback without first contacting the trainer may delay resolution. Software platform Anatrova powers the website, booking, payments, and CRM tools.
